ZERUST® Vapor Capsules
Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Technology That Protects Metals
The Solution
ZERUST® Vapor Capsules provide a simple yet highly effective solution for preventing corrosion in enclosed or hard-to-access areas. Each capsule contains proven ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) technology that releases protective vapor molecules, forming an invisible barrier on metal surfaces to stop rust and tarnish before it begins. Ideal for electrical and control panels, cabinets, and other sealed environments, the capsules are quick to install using the built-in adhesive backing. Once in place, they continuously protect metals—even while equipment is in operation—without affecting electrical performance or leaving residue. As part of the comprehensive ZERUST® corrosion management system, Vapor Capsules deliver dependable, long-term protection and can be easily replaced as part of routine maintenance.
The Problem
ZERUST® Vapor Capsules are portable capsules containing proven ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) technology. They are used to protect metals in hard-to-reach areas of control panels, electrical cabinets, or any other enclosed spaces from corrosion. They even protect when items are in operation or may be used as a supplement to other ZERUST® VCI packaging products for added protection. ZERUST® Vapor Capsules are quick and easy to install. Simply peel back the protective paper from the adhesive tape and install it securely in the desired location. Next, tightly seal the enclosure to trap protective vapor inside.
