Gautam leads the global growth of ZERUST® corrosion management solutions, combining engineering expertise with a practical, field-driven approach. He works closely with clients across regions to identify corrosion challenges and implement effective, long-term solutions for critical assets.
With experience spanning offshore platforms, tank farms, and pipeline systems, Gautam brings real-world insight into asset integrity and preservation. He also leads multiple R&D initiatives and holds corrosion mitigation patents, supporting the development of innovative solutions for complex applications.
Prior to joining ZERUST®, Gautam worked with Fortune 500 companies as a consultant, focusing on supply chain optimization and process improvement. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and is focused on delivering measurable value and ROI for clients worldwide.
Kelly Baker
Senior Business Development Manager, USA & Canada
Kelly specializes in corrosion protection solutions for storage tanks and pipeline systems across North America. With over 20 years of experience, he works closely with clients to design and implement solutions that extend the life of critical infrastructure.
His expertise includes tank bottom applications, pipe casings, and customized VCI-based systems for both standard and complex asset designs. Kelly is known for his ability to translate site-specific corrosion challenges into practical, effective solutions.
Derek Dickens
BUSINESS Development MANAGER, NORTH AMERICA & CANADA
Derek focuses on developing corrosion prevention solutions for clients across the United States and Canada, with a strong emphasis on storage tanks, pipelines, and asset preservation.
He brings over 15 years of industry experience and works across a wide range of applications including layup, mothballing, hydrotesting, and pipeline preservation. Derek also has specialized expertise in ZERUST® ZIF Tape applications and supports projects in refineries, terminals, and pipeline environments.
He is actively involved in industry organizations including AMPP, API, and NISTM, staying closely connected to evolving standards and best practices.
Kristian Hovring
Business Development Manager, Europe
Kristian supports clients across Europe with preservation strategies and corrosion protection solutions, drawing on over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry.
His background includes both sales and project management, with a strong focus on developing preservation specifications and execution plans for complex assets. Kristian has led major lay-up and preservation programs, including the stacking of offshore rigs and long-term spare parts protection initiatives.
Ruslan Jafarov
Regional Sales Manager, Caspian Region
Ruslan leads corrosion protection initiatives across the Caspian region, with a focus on storage tanks and asset integrity solutions in Azerbaijan and surrounding markets.
With over a decade of offshore and onshore experience, he brings a strong background in project execution, team leadership, and field operations. His work includes tank inspection programs, turnaround projects, and field surveying activities.
Ruslan specializes in developing practical, cost-effective solutions for both standard and complex asset designs, helping clients address corrosion challenges across the full asset lifecycle.
Philip Horsford
General Manager, MENA, CIS & APAC
Philip leads the ZERUST® Integrity Solutions (ZIS Dubai) team across the Middle East, CIS, and Asia Pacific regions, with a focus on asset integrity, preservation management, and corrosion control strategies.
With nearly two decades of experience, Philip has worked across oil and gas, chemicals, metals and mining, power, and renewable energy sectors. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, from pre-commissioning through long-term preservation and decommissioning.
He has delivered large-scale preservation programs for complex assets including storage tanks, pipelines, FPSOs, FLNGs, and offshore rigs. Philip is known for developing practical, cost-effective solutions that align with real-world operational needs across diverse global environments.
Parag Aloni
Regional Sales Manager, India & Middle East
Parag leads business development efforts across India and the Middle East, bringing over 16 years of experience in engineering, process technology, and corrosion mitigation solutions.
His expertise includes commissioning, proposal development, cost estimation, and key account management. Parag has successfully expanded ZERUST® solutions within major oil marketing companies and EPC organizations, supporting growth across traditional and emerging energy sectors.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Oil & Gas Management, combining technical knowledge with a strong commercial focus.

Regional Manager, KSA & Bahrain
Riyas leads technical and commercial operations across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, specializing in corrosion protection, preservation management, and instrumentation solutions.
With over a decade of experience, he has delivered preservation programs for a wide range of assets, including tanks, pipelines, rigs, and rotating equipment. His work spans both onshore and offshore environments, supporting clients across the full asset lifecycle.
Riyas is known for his hands-on approach and strong focus on quality, safety, and alignment with client requirements.
